in the fast-paced digital world can be challenging. Whether you're a tech
expert, worker, housewife, or student, streamlining email is beneficial for
everyone. Gmail offers free features such as automatically
forwarding Gmail messages to another address, empowering users to

Access GMAIL Settings
Start by logging into your Gmail account and navigating to the settings menu.
You can find the settings gear icon in the top right corner of the
Gmail interface. Click the Gear Icon and then choose
"See All Settings".
Navigate to Forwarding and POP/IMAP Tab
Within the settings menu, locate the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab as
seen in the image. This section contains options related to email forwarding
and retrieval.
Add a Forwarding Address
In the "Forwarding" section, click on the
"Add a forwarding address" button. Enter the email address to which you
want to forward your Gmail messages and follow the prompts to confirm. And
click next
Verify Forwarding Address
Now sometimes windows might ask you for security verification with Password,
PIN and already scanned enabled fingerprint as seen in the image below.
Gmail will send a verification email to the address you've specified for
forwarding. Open the verification email and click on the provided link to
confirm that you want to forward your Gmail messages to this address.
Choose Forwarding Options
Once the forwarding address is verified, return to the
"Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab in your Gmail settings. Select the option
to forward incoming messages to the address you've added.
Save Changes
Don't forget to save your changes before exiting the settings menu. Gmail will
now automatically forward incoming messages to the specified email address.
